2025 China Link Short-term Scientific Exchange Scholarship Program

一、简介

为深化中外青年学术友谊和交流互鉴，搭建世界青年科研人才交 流平台，国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称国家留学基金委）2025 年继续实施中国政府奖学金短期科研交流（英文简称 China Link）项目。

二、资助计划

1.资助类别：

普通进修生：适用于在校本科生、硕士研究生申请

高级进修生：适用于在校博士研究生、教职人员申请

2.资助期限：1-12 个月，来华起始时间不晚于 2026 年 8 月 31 日

3.授课语言：英文或中文，具体以我校招生专业设置为准

4.资助领域：除汉语言外，其他专业不限

三、资助内容

在华期间享受全额奖学金资助，包括免学费、免校内住宿费、综合医疗保险费；按照中国政府奖学金标准提供生活费，其中，普通进修生 3000 元人民币/月，高级进修生 3500 元人民币/月。

四、 申请条件

1.非中华人民共和国国籍，身心健康；

2.普通进修生申请人，年龄不超过 45 周岁；高级进修生申请人，年龄不超过 50 周岁；

3. 申请及参与项目期间，须为国家留学基金委国外合作院校全日制在读学生或教职员工，国外合作院校列表详见附件1。

五、 申请流程

申请人至少在学习开始时间3个月前提交申请。

1.登录“必赢766net手机版国际留学生在线服务系统”（https://ccnu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx），在线注册账号，点击注册激活链接激活个人账号，选择“2025年中国政府奖学金短期科研交流项目（China Link）”进行申请。 操作指南详见附件2。

2.登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统，选择项目类型B提交申请，必赢766net手机版招生代码为：10511。操作指南详见附件3。

Program Introduction

In    order    to   deepen    the    academic    friendship    and    mutual understanding between Chinese and foreign young generation, and to  build a  platform  for  the  exchange  of  scientific  research  young talents in the world, China Scholarship Council (CSC) continues to carry out China Link Short-term Scientific Exchange Scholarship Program (referred to as China Link Scholarship) in 2025 .


Program Scheme

1. Funding Categories

General scholar: applicable to current undergraduates or graduates. Senior scholar: applicable to current Ph. D candidates or faculties

2. Duration

1-12 months

Start study in China no later than August 31, 2026 .

3. Working Language

English  or  Chinese, depending  on the program provided   by  Central China Normal University.

4. Study/Research Fields:

All disciplines other than Chinese language study.


Funding

Successful applicants will receive a full scholarship from CSC during their   stay   in China,    including   tuition   waiver,   free   on-campus accommodation,  comprehensive   medical insurance and   monthly stipend (CNY 3,000 for general scholars; CNY 3,500 for senior scholars).

Eligibility

1. Be  a  citizen  of a country other than  the People’s Republic of China and be in good health both mentally and physically.

2. Be under 45 applying for general scholars. Be under 50 applying for senior scholars.

3. Register as  full-time student or employed as full-time academic staff at CSC ’s foreign partner university by the time of application and throughout the proposed stay in China.

Application Process

1. Log into the “International Online Service Platform for International Students of Central China Normal University” (https://ccnu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx), register an account online, click on the link to activate your personal account, and select “Chinese Government Scholarship - (Type B) China Link program”.  Online application guide of CCNU system please refer to Appendix 2.

2. Log into Chinese Government Scholarship Information       System (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) to complete CSC online application and upload supporting documents. Central China Normal University's enrollment code is 10511, and the “China Link” China Government Scholarship program category is B. Online application guide of CSC system please refer to Appendix 3.
